Dan started dancing at the age of 12 and has always enjoyed all kinds of music.  His smooth and relaxed style mixed with humor and enthusiasm has enabled him to call and teach dance throughout the United States and Canada for festivals, parties and clinics of all kinds.  Whether it is a church social, corporate/community event or a family get-together, you can trust that you and your guests will have a great time.      Dan is extremely good at getting everyone to participate and making sure they are successful and having a good time as they learn.  His experience includes teaching people of all ages and backgrounds to dance.   Whether it is line dancing, square dancing, contra, circles, mixers or just playing the music that makes people get up and move.  Dan is the man for the job!  He brings over 20 years of professional dance teaching experience including all ages and all types of events.      Dan is a fantastic MC as well.  He is skilled at adapting his program to fit into each event which keeps things flowing smoothly from start to finish.  The variety of music includes everything from the "golden oldies" to the modern music of today.  As a recording artist for Chaparral Records, a top of the line square dance record producer, hiring Dan as your entertainment will get you far more than just a DJ to spin records.
